By submitting your childs photograph, you thusly agree to allow Cole Warner Kids to, advertise, promote your child on the CWK website as well as other media, including but not limited to: television, film, and print that promote/hire professional talent in nationally recoginized outlets as mentioned herein. The photos that you submit should look very much like the ones that you currently see on the CWK website.

Cole Warner Kids shall reserve the right to reject any photograph submitted that CWK deems inapproaite. In which case if you will have to submit another photo, that we deem suitable and marketable. All revenue earned by the child thru the clients that have hired your child and you have subsequently agreed to the amount, shall be paid directly to the parents. For large amounts (over $80,000) some states require that a trust fund be set up in the childs name that cannot be touched until the child reaches the age of 18. Funds under $80,000 are normally paid within 60 to 90 days depending on the project.
